Gift Card Information
The Fantini Pelletteria Gift Card can be purchased online on this website. It is not issued in the name of a specific person and can be used for future personal purchases or as a gift for friends and family. At the time of purchase, you can enter the recipient’s email address: the voucher will be sent automatically and can be used immediately for online purchases in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on this page. The Gift Card is valid for 3 (three) years from the purchase date indicated in the confirmation email sent to the customer, unless the balance is used up earlier. The expiry date and remaining balance can be checked at any time in the dedicated section. The issuance and use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Fantini Pelletteria reserves the right to verify proper use and to take action in the event of improper or fraudulent use.

Available denominations
The Gift Card is available in a variable denomination from a minimum of €30.00 up to a maximum of €500.00 (set by the customer at the time of purchase). The price of the Gift Card is not eligible for discounts, coupons, or promotions unless otherwise officially communicated. For personal, non-commercial use only; no activation fees and not reloadable.

Activation
Activation takes place online at the time of payment for the selected amount using one of the payment methods accepted on the website. After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the amount, the Gift Card code, and the relevant instructions for use.

Gift Card Features:
– they are not reloadable;
– they do not include issuance, activation, or commission fees;
– they are not eligible for promotions, offers, or discounts;
– they can be used in multiple transactions until the full value is used up;
– they cannot be redeemed for cash and any remaining balance is non-refundable;
– they do not entitle the holder to a refund if not used before the expiry date;
– they cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards;
– they cannot be purchased using discount codes or promotional vouchers.
